Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with us is easy. Simply follow the directions below to place your order, and when you’re ready we will collect your shipment and payment information. You can even order by phone or fax once you have selected your items. Print this page to help you browse through our store and make your order.
There are several ways to find the items you need. Search boxes are located in the left-had column of every page, just below the side menu items. Type a keyword in the box and click “Go” to initiate your search. In addition, every page also contains two menu areas. The first, located near the top of the page and stretching from side to side, let’s you move from one store to another based on the type of product you are interested in. The second menu is located on the left side of each page, and the menu options under the “Browse Catalog” heading will change from store to store, depending on the type of products offered in that store.
When you find an product group or product item that interests you, click on the name or photo to view more detail. When you click on a product item listing, you will open a product detail page, where you will see pricing, features and specifications for that item, as well as related accessories as appropriate.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button on the right side of the detail page. Your item will be added to your cart, and you will see your cart’s contents. You can continue shopping and adding items to your cart until you have found all of the items you want to order. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link on the left menu of any page, or the quick link in the top right corner of any page.
Proceed to Checkout
When your shopping cart has all of the items you want in it, review the list carefully to make sure everything is OK. To change the quantity of any item, type the new quantity in the box next to the item description, and hit “Enter” or click on the “Update Cart” button on the screen. You can change the quantities of several items at once. To remove an item from your cart, type a “0” in the quantity box, then hit “Enter” or click on the “Update Cart” button. When you’re ready to buy, click on the “Checkout” button just below the “Update Cart” button, and you will begin the checkout process.
Type your e-mail address in the space provided. Watch for typos as this address will be the one we send order confirmations and shipping notifications to. If you’re reading this guide, you are likely a new customer, in which case, click on the button labeled “I am a new customer”, then click the button to sign in to the secure server where you will complete the order form. Enter a Shipping Address
Enter your shipping address information in the spaces provided. Be careful to enter your city and zip or postal code properly, as these items will be used to calculate your shipping costs. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, check the button at the bottom of the page. Your billing address should be the same one you receive your credit card statements at. When you’re ready, click the button to proceed to the shipping page.
Select a Shipping Method
Your shipping options will be displayed, along with the estimated number of days it will take to receive your order using each method. Select the option you want based on price, shipping time or preference. If for any reason the shipping method you select is unavailable or delayed, or if the cost differs from the cost presented to you on the screen, we will contact you before taking any action, and before charging your credit card. Please note that with some large shipments, it may be necessary to split the order into multiple parcels in order to meet the shipper’s size and weight requirements. For especially large orders, we may contact you regarding alternate shipping methods which will save you money, particularly in the case of wholesale case orders.
Provide a Billing Address, Method of Payment
If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you will now be asked to provide it. To help protect your credit card from unauthorized charges, the billing information should math the name and address where you receive your statements. Enter your payment information in the spaces provided. You can enter your credit card number with or without spaces or dashes. All information you provide is encrypted for your protection. If you prefer to fax or phone your order in, click on the link indicated near the bottom of the page for instructions.
Confirm Your Order
Double-check your order details, and make sure everything is in order. For additional security, we only display the last five digits of your credit card number. You must click on the “Confirm Your Order” button in order to have us process your order. Once you have done that, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order and you will also be able to view a printable version of your order online. In addition, we will e-mail you again when your order has shipped with details on tracking your order.
Tracking Your Order
We provide a shipping confirmation e-mail for all orders shipped via UPS. You should receive this confirmation within a few hours of your order leaving our warehouse, and it will include a tracking number and instructions for tracking your order via the UPS website.
